Exquisite Schedule

My body and mind form an exquisite schedule. I went to bed late last night, which resulted in getting up late, sleep deprivation, lack of concentration, and exhaustion. I went to bed late because I didn’t stop eating until 9pm.

As a result, and immediate correction. I’m going to book a class every single day – no break for Monday to Friday at 7:30, so that I will stop eating at 7:00 and take my shower at 9. Go to bed at 9:30 and get up the other day at 4.

In the morning after I get up. I will do a few things –

4:00 – 4:05 Meditate

4:05 – 4:20 Using Bathroom, Wash Face + Brush Teeth + Drink Water

4:20 – 4:50 Experiencing God

4:50 – 5:20 Reading 30 minutes

5:20 –  5:40 Writing 20 minutes

5:40 – 6:00 Preparing Breakfast + Eat

6:00 – 6:40 Walking to Work 40 minutes

6:40 – 9:00 Job Searching

9:00 Work

5: 00 Get off Work

5:40 Walk back home

5:40 – 6:00 Cook and Eat Dinner

6:00 – 6:20 Preparing for Tomorrow

6:20 – 7:20

7:30 – 8:30 Flirty Girl Fitness

8:45 – 9:20 Take Shower

9:30 Go to Bed

And Do this 7 days a week.

Saturday: Cleaning (bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen)

Sunday : Grocery Shopping + Food Preping
